- This bending machine is equipped with one central high precision 3D camera and two additional standard precision 3D cameras placed at both sides.
- The standard 3D cameras are able to detect better white and light profiles.
- The standard 3D cameras are not able to detect good neither more narrow, raw and dark profiles.
- The machine can bend predefined complex arches that have one, two and three radii automatically in one process flow.
- The machine can bend arches from 350 mm to 2800 mm in the automatic mode.
- This machine model is equipped with an automatic platform that automatically adjusts the encoder.
- The machine is equipped with a laser device to ensure symmetrical arches.
- The machine is equipped with a NFC device that offers a secure way to sign in and sign out in the software.
- The NFC device enables data security on the machine.
- The machine is equipped with a remote controller which is very useful for longer profiles so that the single operator can insert into and take out profiles from the machine more easily.
