Tools for bending

 

 

Each machine employs a set of plastic tools necessary for the bending process. They are also a part of our production and are available in our company.

Bending tools and insertings are made of special, high resistant plastic material and are able to bend over 1000 arches without being repaired.

Price of one tool set we offer for PVC is 3 times lower than those used for glycerine oil bending.

As for PVC profiles, the price range per set varies between 250 and 650 EUR.

Price of one tool set we offer for aluminium is up to 5 times lower than usual steel tools used on the existing bending machines for aluminium profiles.

The price range per set for varies between 250 and 700 EUR as far as aluminium profiles are concerned.
