Technical characteristics of the machine for profiles bending TIM-MACHINE
High quality bending of aluminium and vinyl (PVC) profiles.
- High-precision profile bending process using laser technology
- Machine has automatic, semi-automatic and manual operating mode
- Machine has display for data input and a regulator of frequency for setting the desired movement speed of the rollers
- Machine has three axes with 70 mm in diameter. The pressure power of the middle roller is 15 tons
- It employs hot-air fans for PVC profiles bending and they are integral parts of the machine. Fans heat the PVC profile to 150-250'C
Our machines are tough and crash-proof.
Durability is ensured by their axes (FI-70 mm) being designed in such a way to resist the pressure of 15 tons per cylinder.
